Users in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium have reportedly started receiving Android Pie update for their Galaxy S8 and S8+ with the One UI. The update is expected to reach everyone over the coming weeks and it comes with February security patch.
Shared by a user on Reddit, the Android Pie OTA update has a total size of 1.6GB. Samsung is releasing updates in batches and it will get to all countries soon. The update brings the software build number to version G950FXXU4DSBAand G955FXXU4DSBAon the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ respectively.
If by any chance your device’s software update is set to manual you might want to go your Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually and see if any update comes out.
