Nokia Globally Launched Three New Brands of Nokia phones Powdered By Android in 2017 With Affordable price

Nokia smartphones were unveiled in MWC 2017. All tech enthusiasts were thrilled to see Nokia make a comeback, but Nokia only launched the smartphone in China. Now, Nokia has confirmed the global launch of the announced smartphone’s( Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6) over twitter.

“We’re aiming to release worldwide in Q2 2017 (April – June) at an affordable price and great quality,” tweeted HMD Global. Further, the company also revealed that “HMD has ambitious plans to release Nokia 3,5 and 6 in 120 markets at the same time in Q2 2017”, in a statement to NPU.

 

The Nokia 6 was officially launched in China this year and was expected to be launched in the global market at around June this year. Now that Nokia has tweeted about it, it may well be available starting April. Nokia also launched the mid-range smartphones, Nokia 3 and the Nokia 5 along with the Nokia 3310 at MWC 2017.

The Nokia 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with the Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB RAM with 32GB of on-board storage. It packs a 5.5-inch Full HD display and also includes a fingerprint scanner up front. As for optics, the Nokia 6 features a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The Nokia 6 should retail for approximately Rs.16,999 corresponding to the European price of 229 Euros.

The Nokia 5 also features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with the Adreno 505 GPU along with 2GB of RAM. It sports a 5.2 inch HD(720p) IPS LCD display and comes with 16 GB of built in storage, which is expandable via microSD. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Nokia 5 is expected to retail at Rs.13,999 corresponding to the European price of Euro 189.

The Nokia 3 is a budget offering and is powered by a quad core Mediatek MTK 6737 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 6GB of internal storage. It comes in a polycarbonate build and sports a 5-inch HD(720p) IPS LCD display. The smartphone features an 8-megapixel camera on both the front and the rear of the device. It is priced at Euro 139 which is approximately Rs.9,999.

All the 3 devices come with a 2.5D glass on top and will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The company has promised to provide fast software and security updates to these handsets.
