Motorolla may have just unveiled its G7 line-up but it’s not abandoning the Moto G6 series. Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play Android Pie update has begun via OTA update and is expected to be distributed gradually globally across the G6 devices.
A month earlier, the G6 Plus got the Android Pie update and G6 and G6 Play users can now experience the latest Android OS on their devices. According to AndroidPit, the key differences are discrete rounded corners, small and thinner fonts and aesthetically pleasing icons.

Apart from the Android 9 features, the December security patch was also added. If the update is yet to get to you, calm down, it’s rolling out gradually and should get to you in the coming days.
